Summary

This role is responsible for managing the overall driver training activities and ecolution project within CER region, developing the network and upholding a positive brand image.

Essential Duties and Role Responsibilities

 Management of driver trainings activities and driver coaching activities, responsibility for trainings services provided to customers, proposal of learning solutions

 To lead and manage driver trainer and driver coaching team within CER (5 people)

 To plan, co-ordinate, support and follow-up the activities of the team

 To report the performance and results of the team

 To co-operate with the Headquarter Driver training and coaching team and to implement new trends and tools in driver training and driver coaching operations and to train the trainers in CER

 To ensure positive financial result of the operations

 Cooperation and high communication within internal environment of Scania and external customers

 Plan, prepare and conduct trainings for drivers on the trucks in prescribed way

 Key customers care

 Apply technology and techniques in the delivery of training

 Design and build training aids to assist with the delivery of training, incl. training materials

 Plan, design and implement competency based assessments to measure participant performance

 Conduct, analyse and prepare course evaluation reports

 Maintain knowledge of changes, improvements and innovations concerning company products and services.

 Improve own training, presentation and learning materials connected to SRS

 Responsibility for development and support of the Ecolution concept in CER

 Responsibility for Ecolution concept implementation in Scania CER, providing the trainings in ecolution area and providing support for all teams involved in ecolution project or presentations

 Responsibility for necessary reporting and analyses

Education and/or Experience

- High school

- Relevant work experience within driver training area

- Focus on ecolution, driver and vehicle performance

- Previous experience in trucks driving

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Czech or slovak language as native (C1+), English on fluent level (B2), Hungarian an advantage

- Driving licence C+E, D is an advantage

- Basic management skills and people management skills

- Strong technical focus and knowledge preferably in truck industrustry

- Effective influencing skills

- A high level of analytical and innovation skills

- Knowledge of the Scania products and services

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to “scan” the target group

- Ability to continuously change a training to the target group

- Ability to work with different training methods
